Franziska Dost took on the role as Project Manager and Country Representative early 2022. She is holding a Masters in African Studies from the University of Leipzig and has several years of experience in managing and implementing projects with private sector and government institutions aiming at business growth, institutional capacity building and training provision.

Billy Dzimbiri joined German Sparkassenstiftung (DSIK) in January 2025 as a Project Officer for Malawi Office responsible for Technical and Administration functions. Billy Dzimbiri holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management.

Prior to DSIK, Billy Dzimbiri has led project implementation at GIZ KULIMA MIERA, GOPA AFC-GIZ EYA!ATVET, and a local organisation, Point of Progress.  His experience is with the private sector and government institutions focusing on business growth, training provision, value chain development and farmer organisations. Billy Dzimbiri is also a trainer for the Farmer Business Game (FBG) Simulation.

Feston Likatho joined German Sparkassenstiftung (DSIK) in August 2022 as an Office Administrator for Malawi office and he moved to the position of Project Officer in May 2023. Feston Likatho holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Enterprise Development and Microfinance and a pending MSc in Agribusiness Management.

Before joining the German Sparkassenstiftung, Feston Likatho has implemented projects under GIZ, Reserve Bank of Malawi, Development Aid from People to People, Kajwo Foundation, Global Communities, Salvation Army and Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources as a development specialist. Among other skills, he is a trainer of DSIK business games.

Tapiwa Siula joined German Sparkassenstiftung (DSIK) in February 2024 as a Junior Short-Term Consultant and moved to the position of Project Officer in July 2024. Tapiwa Siula holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) 

Before joining the German Sparkassenstiftung, Tapiwa Siula worked with Team Adventure Malawi, Wildlife and Environmental Society of Malawi (WESM) and volunteered with Community Forum (COFO). Tapiwa Siula is also a LUANAR Trainer of the DSIK Farmer Business Game Simulation (FBG).
